I bought this in hopes it would help me out with some fish fossils I acquired from the Green River Formation. It's sharp enough it doesn't take much pressure at all to crunch through the layers to expose the fossil. Highly recommend for any US-based customers working with the same formation.

I'm new to prepping my own fossils and bought the basics to start working on some microfossils and this was one of them. This has made cleaning them and clearing sandstone from around tiny fossils really simple. Great tool, lovely quality.
